Our marketing strategy may change over time, our cast of characters may grow or shrink, but we want to preserve the art involved in a public format where it can be appreciated for the artistic ability that went into it. Unless there is legal necessity to remove a piece, we will do our best to ensure all art commissioned by our team in relation to StreamOps is published here along with a caption crediting its artist, including in such cases where it was decided not to use a piece for marketing purposes.

In such cases where the piece was created in a livestream or other public forum, we will endeavor to maintain a copy of any recording produced. However, we make no promise of maintaining these recording in the gallery at this time. This matter is subject to change as circumstance allows.

While we will ensure that information is accurate at the time of uploading a piece to the gallery, it is presented "as is", and we do not currently make promise of keeping artist names up-to-date with name changes artists may undergo. If an artist chooses to change their name or username, they may reach out to us via our contact form with proof of name change and we will work with them to update all pieces they were credited for (in part or in full).

If an artist who's work is contained within the gallery would prefer to not have their name/username listed, they may request we remove their credit(s) via the contact form.
